Due to the newĀ U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, the way we ship orders to the United States is temporarily changing. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for all packages from Canada.

For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of purchase. Please read below to see if you qualify.Ā

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. If you change your mind about the product you received, you may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, or opened cartridges.
A 15% return processing fee may be applied if:
- Returns that are opened and/or non defective.
- Returns that show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Returns that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
- We may require a copy of photo ID before refunds in some cases.
Understand that if we make a mistake on a shipment, we will pay for shipping back to our facility. We will send you pre-paid postage to your email for you to return the product that was shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the wrong item shipped, we will ship the correct product to you. We cannot send your intended product until we receive the wrong product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED.Ā
Warranty Service
For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery.
In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 30 days of delivery date.Ā The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Note: Most manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package and all original packing including outer sleeve in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contentsĀ as we will need all original packing for any warranty issues.
All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, Defective, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email atĀ sales@gascityvapes.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, and pod systems purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on our products and we will not accept it for a return.Ā
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Refused Orders
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
Refund Process
Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit in the form of reward points.Ā Gas City Vapes is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.

What type of battery does the VOOPOO Drag X3 use and is it included?
The Drag X3 requires a single 18650 or 21700 battery to operate. The battery is not included with the starter kit and must be purchased separately. This flexibility allows you to choose the cell that best meets your needs for capacity and run-time.
Is the Drag X3 suitable for beginners or experienced vapers?
The Drag X3 is best suited for intermediate to experienced vapers due to its advanced 80W adjustable output, interchangeable battery requirement, and sophisticated touchscreen control. While the PnP X coils are easy to swap, the level of customization is best leveraged by users familiar with DTL (Direct-to-Lung) vaping.
How does the Drag X3's touchscreen prevent accidental adjustments?
The Drag X3 uses a sophisticated Capacitive Unlock Sensor. After making an adjustment, the screen automatically secures itself. To make changes again, you simply tap the sensor to unlock the screen; releasing it locks the settings instantly. This ensures your wattage and mode are protected during travel.
What kind of e-liquids should I use with the included PnP X coils (0.6Ī© and 0.8Ī©)?
For the included PnP X DTL coils, we recommend using Freebase nicotine e-liquids with a ratio of 70% VG (Vegetable Glycerin) or higher. These coils are designed for high-wattage, sub-ohm DTL vaping, which requires thicker juice for optimal wicking, flavor, and vapor production.
How does the top airflow system on the PnP X Pod reduce leaking?
The Top-Adjustable Airflow System on the PnP X Pod draws air from the top cap rather than the base. This design creates a pressure differential that makes it significantly more leak-resistant than traditional bottom-airflow pods. When the tank is sealed, gravity works against leaks instead of encouraging them.
