E-Transfer Payment Instructions
Paying with Interac e-Transfer
Interac e-Transfer is a quick and straightforward way to pay. Here’s a quick rundown on how to get your order finalized and ready to ship.
1 Lock in Your Order
Select "E-Transfer" as your payment method at checkout. Once you finish, you'll get an email confirmation with your order number and all the payment details you need.

2 Send the E-Transfer
Open your banking app and send the exact order total using these details:
- Recipient: payments@gascityvapes.com
- Amount: The exact total from your confirmation email
- Message: Include your order number (e.g., #84600)
3 The Security Question (If Needed)
We have auto-deposit set up, so the transfer usually goes straight through. If your bank forces you to set a security question, keep it simple:
- Question: Order number?
- Answer: Your actual order number
4 Sit Tight
Once we receive and verify your transfer, we'll pack your order and shoot you a shipping confirmation email. Transfers usually clear in about 1-2 hours during our regular hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM MST). If you're paying after hours or over the weekend, we'll get it sorted first thing the next business day.

- Please make sure the transfer amount matches your order total exactly to avoid delays.
- Always double-check that your order number is in the transfer message.
- E-Transfer is available for Canadian customers only.
- Orders are processed in the order the payments are received.
