SHIPPING POLICY

Gas City Vapes offers same day shipping on all Domestic orders placed before 1pm MST with the exception of Holidays and weekends.


Proof of Age Required

We require Adult signature option on every single package, no exceptions. For more information please see our Age Policy
 
We offer free expedited shipping on all domestic orders when you purchase $50 or more before taxes. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for these orders but may use different courier if a quicker option is available.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM MST will go out the same day.

Please note all shipping times are appx and may be delayed if you live in a remote area of your province or if the shipping carrier has weather delays. If you require your package sooner than we offer with the free shipping option you can upgrade to Xpresspost for a fee and usually gets to you in half the amount of time.


United States Shipping

IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Due to the new U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, the way we ship orders to the United States is temporarily changing. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for all packages from Canada.

What This Means for Your Order:

New Orders (placed after August 28, 2025): We have temporarily suspended the ability to place U.S. orders directly through our website. We are actively working to implement a new system that will allow us to properly collect and prepay all required duties and taxes at the time of your purchase.

Orders Already Shipped (placed before August 29, 2025): IF your order was shipped before this change took effect, but has not arrived in the U.S., there's a significant risk of delay or refusal by U.S. Customs. Packages shipped under the old rules may be returned to us as non-compliant. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we have no control over its clearance process. We will monitor your tracking information and contact you immediately if we see any issues.

We will process your request manually and discuss any potential implications.

All orders being shipped to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post and transferred to USPS once your package enters the Country.

International Shipping Disclaimer

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Delivery Timing

Gas City Vapes Inc. does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Shipping Terms

Gas City Vapes Inc. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Gas City Vapes Inc. cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
