Shipping Policy

Canada Post's strike has put a massive strain on logistics all around Canada. With other courier companies like UPS and Purolator limiting their services in an effort to resolve the backlog caused by increased holiday volume on top of the additional parcels moved by Canada Post, we cannot guarantee shipping services will continue to be available and urge all customers to expect delays.

UPDATE: December 10th

Shipping services resumed with Purolator and UPS where available available. Unfortunately some areas are being restricted from having parcels shipped there. You may need to find a shipping center nearby to have your package shipped to and picked up from there. Due to these restrictions we have temporarily suspended our free shipping and offering the best deals we can through these two curriers.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike and subsequent service disruptions with third-party courier companies, we have temporarily suspended all online delivery orders until further notice. These unprecedented circumstances have created a significant backlog across the shipping industry, making it impossible for us to guarantee timely and reliable delivery of your orders.
We understand this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume online deliveries as soon as reliable shipping services become available. 
In the meantime, we encourage you to check back for updates. We will post any changes to our shipping policy here as soon as possible.
Customers who are willing to wait for shipping to resume can still place an order with us and we'll ship it out once operations resume. Please contact sales@gascityvapes.com for more information.

For local customers:

We're still offering in-store pickup and local delivery services. 
Gas City Vapes offers same day shipping on all Domestic orders placed before 1pm MST with the exception of Holidays and weekends.
 

Proof of Age Required

We require Adult signature option on every single package, no exceptions. For more information please see our Age Policy
 
We offer free expedited shipping on all domestic orders when you purchase $50 or more before taxes. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for these orders but may use different courier if a quicker option is available. 
 

United States

All orders being shipped to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post and transferred to USPS once your package enters the Country.
 

Australia (No Longer Able to Ship)

  • From 1 January 2024, the import of disposable vapes is prohibited unless the importer holds a license and permit issued by the Office of Drug Control (ODC) under the PI Regulations.
  • From 1 March 2024, the import of other vaping goods, including devices, accessories, and substances, will require a license and permit issued by the ODC. 

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day. (Usually Monday)

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout. 

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM MST will go out the same day.

Please note all shipping times are appx and may be delayed if you live in a remote area of your province or if the shipping carrier has weather delays. If you require your package sooner than we offer with the free shipping option you can upgrade to Xpresspost for a fee and usually gets to you in half the amount of time.

International Shipping Disclaimer

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Delivery Timing

Gas City Vapes Inc. does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Shipping Terms

Gas City Vapes Inc. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Gas City Vapes Inc. cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
