Returns, Refunds & Warranty

At Gas City Vapes, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, warranties, and exchanges.

1. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased or shipped, unless dead-on-arrival (DOA):

  • E-Liquid and liquid products
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Pre-filled pods (including STLTH pods)
  • Replacement Coils and Pods
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Atomizers / Tanks
  • Opened or used non-defective items

2. Change of Mind (Unopened Items)

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Gas City Vapes VIP Loyalty & Rewards Members enjoy an extended 60 day return window.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Hardware Warranty (Defects)

Hardware purchased directly from our website is covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

Gas City Vapes VIP Loyalty & Rewards Members enjoy an extended 60 day warranty. 

  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues (scratches/discoloration), accidents, abuse, disassembly, or user error.
  • Packaging Requirement: Manufacturers require the original packaging (including outer sleeves and warranty cards) to process claims. Do not discard your packaging, or we may be unable to process your warranty.
  • Compatibility: We do not guarantee compatibility between different items unless otherwise states. Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return.
  • Cannabis/CBD Warning: Atomizers and devices sold here are for use with e-liquids only unless otherwise states. Use of cannabis/CBD oils or similar substances voids the warranty immediately. 

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Missing Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Claims for "Dead on Arrival", missing items, or physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipments

If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we will fix it at no cost to you.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.
  • Once the incorrect item is received back at our facility, we will immediately ship the correct product to you.
  • Note: We cannot ship the replacement until the incorrect item is received or confirmed in transit.

6. Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We cover shipping costs for approved warranty replacements on our own shipping errors.
  • Restocking Fee (15%): A 15% fee may be deducted from your refund if:
    • Returns are opened and found to be non-defective.
    • Items are not cleaned/emptied prior to return
    • The package was refused by the customer or carrier (shipping costs are also deducted in this case).
  • Refund Methods: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. We are not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards that are no longer in the customer's possession. We may require a copy of Photo ID to process certain refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or warranty claim, please email us within the 30-day window.

Please include the following in your email:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Detailed explanation of the issue
  4. Photo or video proof of the defect (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive further instructions. Replacements are shipping after the defective item is approved for warranty.
