60s Smart Prime
The 60-second Smart Prime function runs a low-power pre-heat cycle when a new coil is installed. This is designed to saturate the coil wick before first use, which can reduce the likelihood of a dry hit during initial puffs.
VENTURI Airflow System
The VENTURI airflow design uses a narrowed channel to increase air velocity through the coil chamber. This geometry is intended to produce a more consistent draw resistance across the 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω coil options.

The XROS 6 uses the XROS Pod series, which is compatible with COREX 3.0 mesh coils in 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω resistances. The 0.8Ω coil is typically used with higher-nicotine salt e-liquids at lower wattages, while the 0.6Ω coil operates at a higher wattage range within the device's 30W ceiling.
The XROS 6 is compatible with XROS Series pods only. Salt nicotine e-liquids with a nicotine concentration above 20mg/mL are regulated under Health Canada's vaping product regulations.

Due to the new U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, the way we ship orders to the United States is temporarily changing. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for all packages from Canada.
What This Means for Your Order:
New Orders (placed after August 28, 2025): We have temporarily suspended the ability to place U.S. orders directly through our website. We are actively working to implement a new system that will allow us to properly collect and prepay all required duties and taxes at the time of your purchase.
Orders Already Shipped (placed before August 29, 2025): IF your order was shipped before this change took effect, but has not arrived in the U.S., there's a significant risk of delay or refusal by U.S. Customs. Packages shipped under the old rules may be returned to us as non-compliant. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we have no control over its clearance process. For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased or shipped, unless dead-on-arrival (DOA):

2. Change of Mind (Unopened Items)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

3. Hardware Warranty (Defects)
Hardware purchased directly from our website is covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

- Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues (scratches/discoloration), accidents, abuse, disassembly, or user error.
- Packaging Requirement: Manufacturers require the original packaging (including outer sleeves and warranty cards) to process claims. Do not discard your packaging, or we may be unable to process your warranty.
- Compatibility: We do not guarantee compatibility between different items unless otherwise states. Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return.
- Cannabis/CBD Warning: Atomizers and devices sold here are for use with e-liquids only unless otherwise states. Use of cannabis/CBD oils or similar substances voids the warranty immediately.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Missing Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Claims for "Dead on Arrival", missing items, or physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Incorrect Shipments
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we will fix it at no cost to you.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.
- Once the incorrect item is received back at our facility, we will immediately ship the correct product to you.
- Note: We cannot ship the replacement until the incorrect item is received or confirmed in transit.
6. Fees & Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We cover shipping costs for approved warranty replacements on our own shipping errors.

Restocking Fee (15%): A 15% fee may be deducted from your refund if:
- Returns are opened and found to be non-defective.
- Items are not cleaned/emptied prior to return
