ZIP X Pod Kit by GCORE — Variable Wattage Pod System
The ZIP X Pod Kit is a variable wattage pod system manufactured by GCORE. It operates at up to 35W output and is built around a full LED display and a two-position physical airflow switch. The device is compatible with three pod resistance options, making it configurable for a range of draw styles from tight MTL to a more open restricted-lung draw.
Display & Controls
The full LED display shows four data points simultaneously: puff count, current wattage, coil resistance, and battery level. No menu cycling is required to access this information. Wattage is adjusted by pressing the fire button three times in succession. The device powers on and off with five presses of the fire button.

Airflow & Draw Resistance
A physical two-position switch on the side of the device controls airflow by opening one or two intake holes. This provides a secondary layer of draw resistance adjustment independent of wattage. The combination of the airflow switch and coil selection allows the device to be configured across a range of draw styles.
Compatible Pods & Wattage Ranges
The ZIP X Kit includes two pods. A third resistance option is available separately. Each pod has a defined recommended wattage range:
- 0.4Ω pod — 5–35W (sold separately) — more open draw
- 0.6Ω pod — 5–25W (included) — moderate, restricted draw
- 1.2Ω pod — 5–11W (included) — tight MTL draw
All pods are 2mL capacity and use a top-fill design. Pods are specific to the ZIP X platform and are not cross-compatible with other GCORE devices.
The 1.2Ω and 0.6Ω pods are typically used with salt nicotine e-liquids at lower wattage settings. The 0.4Ω pod is generally used with freebase nicotine at higher wattages. Browse e-liquids available at Gas City Vapes to find a compatible option.
Charging
The ZIP X charges via USB-C. Battery capacity is not published by the manufacturer. The charging port is located on the base of the device.

30 Day warranty service
For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery.
In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 30 days of delivery date. The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Note: Most manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package and all original packing including outer sleeve in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents as we will need all original packing for any warranty issues.
