Due to the newĀ U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, the way we ship orders to the United States is temporarily changing. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for all packages from Canada.
What This Means for Your Order:
New Orders (placed after August 28, 2025): We have temporarily suspended the ability to place U.S. orders directly through our website. We are actively working to implement a new system that will allow us to properly collect and prepay all required duties and taxes at the time of your purchase.
Orders Already ShippedĀ (placed before August 29, 2025):Ā IF your order was shipped before this change took effect, but has not arrived in the U.S., there's a significant risk of delay or refusal by U.S. Customs. Packages shipped under the old rules may be returned to us as non-compliant. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we have no control over its clearance process. We will monitor your tracking information and contact you immediately if we see any issues.Ā

Returns & Exchange Period
For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of purchase. Please read below to see if you qualify.Ā

For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items.

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. If you change your mind about the product you received, you may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, or opened cartridges.
A 15% return processing fee may be applied if:
- Returns that are opened and/or non defective.
- Returns that show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Returns that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
- We may require a copy of photo ID before refunds in some cases.
Understand that if we make a mistake on a shipment, we will pay for shipping back to our facility. We will send you pre-paid postage to your email for you to return the product that was shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the wrong item shipped, we will ship the correct product to you. We cannot send your intended product until we receive the wrong product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED.Ā
Warranty Service
For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery.
In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 30 days of delivery date.Ā The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Note: Most manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package and all original packing including outer sleeve in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contentsĀ as we will need all original packing for any warranty issues.
All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, Defective, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email atĀ sales@gascityvapes.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, and pod systems purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on our products and we will not accept it for a return.Ā
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Refused Orders
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
Refund Process
Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit in the form of reward points.Ā Gas City Vapes is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.

Free shipping in Canada š
We offerĀ freeĀ expedited shipping on all domestic orders when you purchase $50 or more before taxes. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for these orders but may use different courier if a quicker option is available.
United States shipping
All orders being shipped to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post and transferred to USPS once your package enters the Country.

Local delivery & in-store pickup
Customers in Medicine Hat, Redcliff, and Dunmore can enjoy same day delivery with a local courier company. Orders can also be placed online and picked up at a later time.
