How the Device Works

Initial Setup

Remove the mouthpiece cover. Insert the e-liquid cartridge into the device body and press until it locks into place. The cartridge is permanently seated once installed.

Display and Monitoring

Once activated, the 3D curved screen displays the current battery percentage and the selected output mode. The transparent cartridge allows the user to visually monitor remaining e-liquid without disassembling the device.

Output Modes

Press the mode button located below the screen to toggle between NORM and TURBO modes. TURBO mode increases vapour output and flavour intensity relative to NORM mode. The active mode is shown on the display screen.

Airflow Adjustment

The airflow slider on the underside of the device adjusts draw resistance. Slide to open for a looser draw or close for a tighter draw. Inhale on the mouthpiece to activate the device — no button press required for inhalation.

Recharging

When the battery indicator shows a low charge, connect a USB Type-C cable to the front-facing port to recharge. The device is not intended to be refilled with e-liquid.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders of $50 or more before taxes qualify for free expedited shipping on all domestic Canadian orders. Gas City Vapes typically uses Canada Post Expedited for these shipments but may substitute an alternative courier if a faster option is available at no additional cost.

United States Shipping

Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Effective August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated the duty-free de minimis exemption for all packages originating from Canada, pursuant to updated U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations. As a result, direct online ordering for U.S. shipments has been temporarily suspended while we implement a compliant checkout process that collects applicable duties and taxes at the time of purchase.

Placing a U.S. Order Now

If you require an order and are not seeing shipping options at checkout, please contact us directly by phone or email. We will process your request manually and advise on any applicable duties or import requirements.

All U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post and transferred to USPS upon entry into the United States.

International Shipping

Gas City Vapes ships to select international destinations. The following conditions apply to all international orders:

• The buyer is solely responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, or customs clearance charges required by the destination country.
• Gas City Vapes does not collect or estimate these charges in advance. Costs vary by country and shipment value.
• If customs fees are refused at delivery, the package will be returned and shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Buyers are advised to consult their local postal or customs authority prior to placing an order to understand applicable import requirements.
