A 15% return processing fee may be applied if:

Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Note: Most manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package and all original packing including outer sleeve in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents as we will need all original packing for any warranty issues.
All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, Defective, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
