Level X Refillable Pod for Adaptive MTL/RDL Vaping
The Level X Refillable Pod introduces a flexible coil system, allowing for varied vape experiences within a single pod. This pod integrates an adaptive dual coil structure that adjusts its operation based on user interaction and device capabilities. It is designed to function with existing Level X battery systems, ensuring broad compatibility.
The pod offers two distinct coil resistance options. The 1.2Ω single coil mode activates one heating element, which is suitable for a more restricted inhale. This mode is intended for Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) vaping, where vapor is drawn into the mouth before being inhaled into the lungs, often resulting in a tighter draw with a reduced vapor volume.
Alternatively, the 0.6Ω dual coil mode engages both heating elements. This configuration is designed for a more open inhale and can produce a larger amount of vapor. This mode supports Restricted Direct-to-Lung (RDL) vaping, where vapor is inhaled directly into the lungs with some airflow restriction. When paired with a Level X G2 Pro or Boost battery, the pod is capable of higher power output, which can further enhance the vapor production in dual coil mode.
Airflow customization is managed by the reversible design of the pod. By rotating the pod 180 degrees, users can alter the airflow entering the device. This allows for a transition between a tighter, more restricted draw and a looser, more open draw, enabling personalization of the inhale experience.
Each pod has a 5.5mL e-liquid capacity, which can reduce the frequency of refilling. The pod utilizes a top-fill port, located under the mouthpiece, for e-liquid additions. This design helps to maintain a clean system during refills. Each Level X Refillable Pod is engineered for durability, supporting up to six refills before a replacement is typically needed. Due to the new U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, the way we ship orders to the United States is temporarily changing. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for all packages from Canada.

New Orders (placed after August 28, 2025): We have temporarily suspended the ability to place U.S. orders directly through our website. We are actively working to implement a new system that will allow us to properly collect and prepay all required duties and taxes at the time of your purchase.
Orders Already Shipped (placed before August 29, 2025): IF your order was shipped before this change took effect, but has not arrived in the U.S., there's a significant risk of delay or refusal by U.S. Customs. For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of purchase. Please read below to see if you qualify.

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. If you change your mind about the product you received, you may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, or opened cartridges.
A 15% return processing fee may be applied if:
- Returns that are opened and/or non defective.
- Returns that show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Returns that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
- We may require a copy of photo ID before refunds in some cases.
Understand that if we make a mistake on a shipment, we will pay for shipping back to our facility. We will send you pre-paid postage to your email for you to return the product that was shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the wrong item shipped, we will ship the correct product to you. We cannot send your intended product until we receive the wrong product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED.
Warranty Service
For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery.
In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 30 days of delivery date. The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Note: Most manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package and all original packing including outer sleeve in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents as we will need all original packing for any warranty issues.
All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, Defective, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email at sales@gascityvapes.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, and pod systems purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on our products and we will not accept it for a return.
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Refused Orders
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
