Battery & Charging
The 1000mAh internal battery is rechargeable via USB-C. Charging time varies depending on remaining capacity. The onboard display shows current battery percentage, allowing users to monitor charge status without guessing.
The INSTA BAR 120K uses a USB-C charging port. A cable is not included — ensure you have a compatible USB-C cable before first use. Most modern Android and laptop charger cables are compatible.
Coil & Vapour Output
The dual mesh coil configuration distributes heat across a wider surface area compared to a single-coil setup. This generally results in more consistent vapour output and flavour delivery across the device's lifespan rather than only during initial use.

Output Modes & Airflow
The INSTA BAR 120K includes two selectable output modes:
- Turbo Mode: Increases wattage output for higher vapour volume and more pronounced flavour intensity. Draws on battery and e-liquid at a faster rate.
- Regular Mode: Operates at a lower wattage for reduced vapour production and extended battery and e-liquid longevity.
Airflow is adjustable via a dial or slider on the device body. A tighter airflow setting produces a more restricted, cigarette-style draw (MTL). A more open setting allows for a looser, higher-volume inhale (DTL-adjacent).

Due to the new U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, the way we ship orders to the United States is temporarily changing. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for all packages from Canada.
What This Means for Your Order:
New Orders (placed after August 28, 2025): We have temporarily suspended the ability to place U.S. orders directly through our website. We are actively working to implement a new system that will allow us to properly collect and prepay all required duties and taxes at the time of your purchase.
Orders Already Shipped (placed before August 29, 2025): IF your order was shipped before this change took effect, but has not arrived in the U.S., there's a significant risk of delay or refusal by U.S. Customs. Packages shipped under the old rules may be returned to us as non-compliant. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we have no control over its clearance process. We will monitor your tracking information and contact you immediately if we see any issues.

1. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased or shipped, unless dead-on-arrival (DOA):

2. Change of Mind (Unopened Items)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

- Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Hardware Warranty (Defects)
Hardware purchased directly from our website is covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
Gas City Vapes VIP Loyalty & Rewards Members enjoy an extended 60 day warranty.
- Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues (scratches/discoloration), accidents, abuse, disassembly, or user error.
- Packaging Requirement: Manufacturers require the original packaging (including outer sleeves and warranty cards) to process claims. Do not discard your packaging, or we may be unable to process your warranty.
- Compatibility: We do not guarantee compatibility between different items unless otherwise states. Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return.
- Cannabis/CBD Warning: Atomizers and devices sold here are for use with e-liquids only unless otherwise states. Use of cannabis/CBD oils or similar substances voids the warranty immediately.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Missing Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Claims for "Dead on Arrival", missing items, or physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Incorrect Shipments
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we will fix it at no cost to you.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.
- Once the incorrect item is received back at our facility, we will immediately ship the correct product to you.
- Note: We cannot ship the replacement until the incorrect item is received or confirmed in transit.
6. Fees & Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We cover shipping costs for approved warranty replacements on our own shipping errors.

Restocking Fee (15%): A 15% fee may be deducted from your refund if:
- Returns are opened and found to be non-defective.
- Items are not cleaned/emptied prior to return
- The package was refused by the customer or carrier (shipping costs are also deducted in this case).
- Refund Methods: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. We are not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards that are no longer in the customer's possession. We may require a copy of Photo ID to process certain refunds.
