The GCORE G 80K is a rechargeable disposable vape device rated for up to 80,000 puffs. It contains 20mL of e-liquid and is powered by an 800mAh battery with Type-C USB charging. Output Modes

Normal Mode: Standard output setting. Produces a consistent draw with moderate vapour volume per puff.

Boost Mode: Increased output setting. Produces higher vapour volume per draw. Mode selection is done directly on the device via the onboard controls.

TIP:

How many puffs does the GCORE G 80K provide?

The GCORE G 80K is rated for up to 80,000 puffs. Actual puff count will vary depending on the output mode selected (Normal or Boost), draw duration, and individual usage patterns. Boost mode will consume e-liquid at a higher rate than Normal mode.

Does the GCORE G 80K come with a charging cable?

No. The device uses a standard Type-C USB connection but a cable is not included in the package. Any standard Type-C USB cable is compatible for charging.

What does the LED screen display?

The integrated LED screen displays two indicators: current battery level and remaining e-liquid volume. Both are visible on-screen during use without requiring the user to shake or inspect the device.

What is the difference between Normal and Boost mode?

Normal mode operates at a standard output level, producing moderate vapour volume per draw. Boost mode increases the output, resulting in higher vapour production per puff. Boost mode will deplete the e-liquid and battery at a faster rate. Mode selection is made directly on the device.

IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Due to the new U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, the way we ship orders to the United States is temporarily changing. Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for all packages from Canada.

What This Means for Your Order:

New Orders (placed after August 28, 2025): We have temporarily suspended the ability to place U.S. orders directly through our website. We are actively working to implement a new system that will allow us to properly collect and prepay all required duties and taxes at the time of your purchase.

Orders Already Shipped (placed before August 29, 2025): IF your order was shipped before this change took effect, but has not arrived in the U.S., there's a significant risk of delay or refusal by U.S. Customs. Packages shipped under the old rules may be returned to us as non-compliant. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we have no control over its clearance process. We will monitor your tracking information and contact you immediately if we see any issues.

3. Hardware Warranty (Defects)

Hardware purchased directly from our website is covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues (scratches/discoloration), accidents, abuse, disassembly, or user error.
Packaging Requirement: Manufacturers require the original packaging (including outer sleeves and warranty cards) to process claims. Do not discard your packaging, or we may be unable to process your warranty.
Compatibility: We do not guarantee compatibility between different items unless otherwise states. Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return.
Cannabis/CBD Warning: Atomizers and devices sold here are for use with e-liquids only unless otherwise states. Use of cannabis/CBD oils or similar substances voids the warranty immediately.

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Missing Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Claims for "Dead on Arrival", missing items, or physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipments

If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we will fix it at no cost to you.

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.
Once the incorrect item is received back at our facility, we will immediately ship the correct product to you.
Note: We cannot ship the replacement until the incorrect item is received or confirmed in transit.

6. Fees & Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We cover shipping costs for approved warranty replacements on our own shipping errors.
Restocking Fee (15%): A 15% fee may be deducted from your refund if:
- Returns are opened and found to be non-defective.
- Items are not cleaned/emptied prior to return
- The package was refused by the customer or carrier (shipping costs are also deducted in this case).
Refund Methods: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. We are not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards that are no longer in the customer's possession. We may require a copy of Photo ID to process certain refunds.
