STLTH OPEN Starter Kit — Refillable Open-Pod System
The STLTH OPEN is a refillable, open-pod vaping system designed for users who fill their own e-liquid. The collection includes the STLTH OPEN Device Kit and the STLTH OPEN Replacement Pod Pack — the two components required to operate the system.
The device uses an auto-draw activation mechanism, a 1000 mAh internal battery, and an adjustable airflow slider. A front-facing breathing LED indicator displays battery status during use. Charging is handled via a bottom-mounted USB Type-C port (5V DC ≥ 0.8A).

STLTH OPEN Replacement Pods (2 Pack)
Each pack contains two empty, refillable pods with a 2 mL capacity and an integrated 0.4Ω mesh coil. Pods are filled via a side-fill port sealed with a silicone plug. The coil is non-replaceable — when performance degrades, the entire pod is replaced.

The STLTH OPEN Device Kit is exclusively compatible with STLTH OPEN Replacement Pods [CRC]. Standard closed-pod STLTH pods will not fit this device. Verify your device model before purchasing replacement pods.
How the Pod System Works
The STLTH OPEN uses a refillable pod format. Each pod is filled by the user via a side-fill silicone plug port. The integrated 0.4Ω mesh coil is fixed within the pod structure and is not user-serviceable. Pods are refilled multiple times until coil performance degrades — at which point the full pod unit is discarded and replaced.
Refilling steps:
- Remove the pod from the device.
- Lift the silicone plug on the side fill port.
- Fill with up to 2 mL of e-liquid.
- Press the silicone plug firmly back into place.
- Reinsert the pod into the device.
- Allow 1–2 minutes for the coil to saturate before use.
High-sweetener e-liquids accelerate coil degradation and may reduce the number of refills per pod. If vapor production decreases noticeably or the flavor profile changes, replace the pod. Browse compatible e-liquids at Gas City Vapes.
